What you gotta do is leave the pet carrier up on top of that tree and put a little cat bed in it. That way he'll start chilling there habitually and when you need to take him somewhere it's no stress just close the door.

If the only time they are ever in the carrier is to go to the vet it will always be a bad thing. Try taking him to a park with a slack line and a harness. Don’t walk him any water just let him roam and explore. Just making them associate other things with the carrier will make both of your lives better.

When it's time to go to the vet getting Cat into the carrier is a no holds barred struggle. When it's time to go back home Cat strolls in on his own and settles down.

My cat loves the carrier for some reason. We leave a blanket in there and she sleeps in it.

Aww the poor thing. I actually leave my cat carriers out as beds so I usually don’t have this problem

When we first got a carrier for our kitty, we put her fave towel in there so it would seem comforting to her, along with her favorite yarn ball. We also often leave it on the floor open. Most times she just wanders in, and there have been a few times she takes her yarn ball or treats in there. Mug luck to you.

I've had a lot of success with just putting a old bedsheet over the back seat of my car with food, water, and a disposable litterbox. Once they get used to it and know what to expect, cats don't mind driving much.

I think we have the same cat tower! K-mart?

Wow you're cats identical to mine. So cute!!!
13 Oct 2017 14:42 - +1
That's the complete opposite of my cat. We open the cat carrier and he's in there before we can open it all the way.
